Verification of Enrollment (VOE)

A Verification of Enrollment Form (VOE) is a form for students ages 15-18, which documents the student’s enrollment, attendance, and grades. A VOE is required by the State of Texas for a student to obtain a driver’s license.

The VOE Request Form is also available in the FMHS main office.

IMPORTANT: We require 48 hours (weekends/holidays not included) to process your VOE.  You may bring in your request, or email to slundgren@dentonisd.org 

An administrator must sign & stamp the VOE for it to be valid. Administrators reserve the right to sign or deny VOE requests on an individual basis, considering academics, attendance, discipline, and other issues.
