Verification of Enrollment – Agencies/Business Use only

(for current student VOE – see  “Student Services”)  

If you are a business seeking verification of enrollment for a former Fred Moore High School student, you may fax your business request to:

940-304-3440, or email mledesma@dentonisd.org and include the following: 

• Full Name (while attending FMHS)
• Date of Birth
• Graduate     Yes or No
• Last Year  Attended Our Campus
• Release form signed by the former student

Please allow 3-5 business days for processing
