Interact Club FMHS

 

The Interact Club is Fred Moore High School's student services organization. Club members meet weekly to work on community service projects. Meetings are held every Wednesday from 8:30-9:00 a.m. in room 204. If you are interested in joining Interact, please contact Ms. Lowry at slowry@dentonisd.org

 

Motto: "Service Above Self"

The true definition of "service above self" is showing acts of kindness to complete strangers with the knowledge you will never be recognized, pushing yourself beyond normal boundaries for the betterment of others, and making yourself uncomfortable to make others more so.

Purpose:

• To recognize and encourage students to participate in community service.
• To make students aware of community service opportunities in our area.
• To record and verify community service hours for students to access for scholarship and college applications.
